How an Ascend AI creative brief works. We confirm the final scope and terms with you before any paid work starts.
How long does a project take?
Standard delivery is 3-5 days after the brief is approved. We confirm the project schedule with you before work begins.
Are revisions included?
One round of edits is included at no additional charge. We agree what is covered in that round in the brief. New directions or work outside the agreed brief are quoted separately.
Who owns the finished work?
The client may use the final video once it is fully paid. Source files, use of images and any ownership transfer beyond that are set out in the project agreement.
What happens if I cancel or want a refund?
A 50% upfront payment starts the project. If you cancel before work begins, we refund it in full. There is no refund after delivery. Cancellation after work begins but before delivery is covered by the project agreement; ask us before approving the brief.
How do creative credits work?
One done-for-you image uses one creative credit; one short-form video uses five. The monthly plan allocations and annual billing appear on the Plans page. We agree scope, credit expiry, revisions and delivery terms before starting.
Do you use AI?
Yes. Some images and motion studies are AI-assisted. Portfolio characters and brand names are fictional concepts, not real clients or testimonials. We distinguish animated stills from filmed or genuinely generated moving footage.
Can I pay through this site?
No. The site has no checkout. Message us to agree the scope and payment method before transferring any money.
